SPECIAL BOARD MEETING

Date: July 15, 2009

Time: 6:44 pm

Location: Village Hall

1) Roll Call, Pledge, and Sign-In: Meeting called to order at 6:44 pm. President Leitner, Trustees Rolfs, Merkle, Parro and deVries (late 7:48pm) present. Absent: Trustees Bolger, Baggett. Also attending, Village Clerk Parro.

2) A motion to pass the Ordinance Authorizing the Issue of Waterworks Revenue Bonds in aggregate principle amount not to exceed $1,620,000 was made by Tr. deVries and seconded by Tr. Rolfs followed by unanimous vote.

A motion to adjourn at 7:07pm was made by Tr. Merkle and seconded by Tr. Rolfs, followed by unanimous vote.
