VILLAGE OF
SPECIAL BOARD MEETING
Date: June 29, 2009
Time: 6:42 pm
Location: Village Hall
1) Roll Call, Pledge, and Sign-In: Meeting called to order at 6:42 pm. President Leitner, Trustees Bolger, Baggett, deVries and Parro present. Absent: Trustees Merkle, Rolfs. Also attending, Village Clerk Parro.
2) We will not get IEPA (Stimulus Funds).
3) It was agreed not to proceed with 2.5% Low Interest Loan.
4) A motion was made by Tr. Parro and seconded by Tr. Bolger, followed by unanimous vote, to authorize Tr. deVries to contact Manhardt to stop the IEPA bidding process, authorize them to finish design work and to modify the contract accordingly and to submit a new contract for the July VB meeting.
A motion to adjourn at 7:08pm was made by Tr. deVries and seconded by Tr. Baggett, followed by unanimous vote.
