MINUTES OF TOWER LAKES

PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES MEETING

Date: April 2,2001

Location: Village Office

Time: 7:06 p.m.

PLEDGE: Trustee Kuskowski called the meeting to order and led the Pledge of Allegiance. Sign in sheet circulated.

ROLL CALL:

Present: Trustees Aitken, Cantieri, Filippell, Heagarty, Parro, Kuskowski, and Village Clerk Leitner.

1.) Trustee Cantieri presented the revised Ordinance addressing Building Fees and Permits, and Road Bonds T Filappell had some concerns whether this fee schedule is retroactive, and how it works generally. T Aitken notes that the Roads Trustee is out of the loop with the changes. Motion to adopt the ordinance amending the Village Code Section 4-1-8 to amend Building Fees and Permits and Road Bonds (with typographical changes) made by T Cantieri, seconded by T Heagarty, and followed by a roll call vote.

VOTE: AYES: Aitken, Cantieri, Heagarty, Kuskowski, Parro, Filippell. NAYES: None.

2.) Trustee Kuskowski presented the revised Liquor License Ordinance, which will make it possible for TLIA to serve alcohol at its functions. Motion to adopt the ordinance made by T Heagarty, seconded by T Cantieri, and followed by a roll call vote.

VOTE: AYES: Aitken, Cantieri, Heagarty, Kuskowski, Parro, Filippell. NAYES: None.

MEETING ADJOURNED:

At 7:34 pm, Trustee Cantieri made a motion to adjourn the Board meeting, seconded by Trustee Filappell and followed by unanimous voice vote.
